So, you’ve been reading my blog posts, maybe following along on Instagram or Facebook, are on my email newsletter, and you are starting to think about this whole life coaching thing. Maybe you feel like a frazzled mess and desperately need someone to help you get it together. Or maybe you think you don’t need the help because you already have it together. Who are we kidding? No one does. But you might be more organized than most and think you got this. Well, even the most organized and put together person I know was coached by me and benefited from it. Here’s what she had to say,

What’s this all about and how will you benefit from being coached? I’m breaking it all down.
What coaching is:
A life coach helps you go from where you are now to where you want to be. Let’s say you have projects you have yet to finish or you want to create a routine for yourself and you don’t know where to start or you need to take your business to the next level but you feel a little overwhelmed right now. Anything like that, any goal you have set for yourself but feel like you can’t accomplish on your own. That’s where I come in.
We start by having a 30 minute clarity call so that you can tell me more about yourself and we can start the conversation about what it is you would like to accomplish. You will set 2-3 main goals and then we will break those down into manageable action steps each week that we chat. We will work together over a 3 month time period and we will meet via Zoom (video call) every other week. You will get six sessions with me, after the initial clarity call.
How you benefit:
I will ask questions to get you thinking. You will let go of things that no longer work for you. You’ll say no more often. You’ll finish the projects you’ve started. You will become a better version of yourself and change your mindset. It’s part motivation, part accountability, and part cheerleader. I am here to help you make things happen, my friend. After three months, you’ll look back and won’t be able to believe how much you’ve accomplished and how much better you will feel. You will also have me via email support the entire time. And I will provide you with resources to make this even easier for you.
You are a new version of you. The frazzled, overwhelmed person you once were is behind you. You now know your values, have clarity on your purpose, make decisions with confidence, and are living your dreams.
